Hi my #ADHD friends. If you’re like me, you probably have a list of things that you *must* do eventually, but you will probably *never* do, because it has fallen into the abyss of Too Much Effort To Do Right Now But Not Urgent Enough To Make Time For It Today.
Do yourself a favor: pick one item from that list, and do it today. Make that call. Send that email. Fill in that form. Clean out that thing. You’ll feel so much better after you do it.
Today, I called my vet and scheduled my dog’s next routine checkup appointment.
