@bot my point is, crunk's games wouldn't be better if the state protected some unrealized income that they may or may not have generated. crunk would not have worked any harder on his game if he sat there flicking his bean imagining himself siccing the government on me. or maybe he would, if the purpose of the game was to spread ideas that make my life worse. media cannot be of a higher quality or a finer substance just because the state protects any unrealized income it might or might not generate. there are countless counterexamples for this. intellectual property protects a mountain of radioactive waste. it's alarming that you simp for it so hard.
