@maxburn @Dicer @DocScranton We had a deal, a compromise: colorblind meritocracy. Whites bought in on that deal fully in the 80's/90's, but blacks reneged* on the deal during the Obama years. Equality wasn't enough for them. They wanted eternal free shit and Whites are expected to pay for it. So racism is making a huge comeback among Whites. Among blacks, it never went away really.
