Yeah ataxia is a good term. Someone else had a good point things really fell apart after the death of rockefeller, apparently it was right after that a bunch of the elites who actually matter, not the politicians, started infighting, backstabbing, and vying for power (more so than they usually do). His thought was he was the one who could keep everyone in check more or less as they moved in the same direction. Now they're kind of moving in the same direction but sabotaging each other along the way or some are just off the reservation completely.
