mccFortunately, it *did* allow me to register a PayPal account. It still required me to me put in a US address. But it didn't check with PayPal if that USA address was correct. So I just… put in… … a USA address. Not my address. Just… an address. And it accepted it. I may be committing some sort of opsec fail by admitting that I did this.
