They're learning all the wrong lessons, like how to get away with lying, how to skimp on safety, how to favour flash over substance, and how to leverage cult dynamics.

Not to mention all the dark patterns that software tech has cursed us with, like subscriptions, "app stores" for basic functionality, updates, so many updates, UIs that keep changing, etc.

Same mentalities that resulted in Boeing making critical safety redundancy an optional extra $$$ add-on. 😡
