@maksim @julia @meso @moshibar @dushman a few years ago it was estimated that maybe 20% of the battalion was open extremists. supposedly it was denazified, I don't believe that for a second but it's possible. their symbol until they changed it recently was a nazi symbol. many of them wore black sun patches. before this war if you tried to say "it's complicated" when people wore and had tattooed on their bodies overt nazi symbolism you would be called as bad as a nazi but now "it's complicated".
