But I do the ISP approach, we suspend offending accounts that get reported. That like quadruples moderation effort but imho its worth for having the full picture. Don't think that we'd tolerate an account with the swastika on it or something. Some really bad actors commonly blocked are suspended like gab or threads, plus some tiny instances that r harassing ppl.
