@thomasfuchs @Elbrar Even back in the Before Times, Google or any search engine for that matter was not helpful if you didn't even know what key words to use.

I always hated being told to "google it" because if I didn't even know WHAT I was searching for, I was basically being told to get fucked. 😕

I never tell people to "google it". I either use my own knowledge of what to search for to get them what they need, or tell them the key terms they'll need for a fruitful search.
