i'm sure hardcore KlK fans already know all this but the entire show is based on a series of incredibly bad puns

the first one is "kiru" (like in the title, Kiru ra Kiru) in Japanese can be the English word "kill" (キル) or it can be the verb for putting on clothing (着る) or the verb for cutting things (切る) such as with a pair of scissors. All of which are important to the show.

The other pun of course is that in Japanese "fashion" and "fascism" sound very similar
