Human Emulator@georgetakei Send the U.S. Marshals in. Arrest the legislators - every last one of them for conrtempt. Have the judge sentence them to one day in prison for every day they fail to comply. Then have the Marshals hold them in the State House until they have complied - time not counted against their sentences.
