   The Alabama legislature was ordered by the Supreme Court to draw an additional Black majority or close-to-majority Congressional district. In response, they have decided to defy SCOTUS. What do you think should be done in response?

     Remove all of the politicians defying the court order. Toss them in jail. Fine them too, for good measure. New election.

     @georgetakei Send the U.S. Marshals in. Arrest the legislators - every last one of them for conrtempt. Have the judge sentence them to one day in prison for every day they fail to comply. Then have the Marshals hold them in the State House until they have complied - time not counted against their sentences.

     Enforcement of the law is the responsibility of the Executive Branch of US Federal government. Buck stops with the POTUS

     @georgetakei SCOTUS has made a few decisions lately that seem to be leading to a pattern such that many of us may ultimately want to defy them on a number of fronts. Possible nationwide ban on abortions, for instance? Would we stand for that? Ultimately we need laws, not just rulings.
