You mention entitlement, but if you look at the data lots of billionaires gained their status through just that. inherence, government grants, shady nepotistic reach arounds, bribes, exploited third world workers. in essence due diligence is necessary... you and I don't get a free ride, and neither should they, regardless of how much money they have right now.
