BlackDutchSnark@mekkaokereke I think 1 of the best things I did was have real conversations w/those co-teachers about unintentional racism & learn from them. I used to love having those conversations w/my kids & letting the white kids learn from the black kids about what they might do which was unintentionally racist & how to avoid seeming racist. Most were organic real conversations around the lit I taught. We had a lot of eye-opening conversations & that’s what the GQP wants to stop.
