@roboneko @Terry Fridge uncovered is actually better than covered if you're using it soon or if it needs to cool off fresh from the stove. You create an extended bacterial breeding zone with the lid on because it cools much slower, and condensation that forms on the lid will be the perfect place for bacterial spawn.
