Anyway, there are of course plenty of historical examples also of colonialism within Europe, where ideas of white supremacy were not as central to legitimize colonial rule. Just think about Finland, Ireland or Ukraine. So it'd be wrong to assume that decolonization must always and everywhere be first of all a BIPOC thing.
