@theorytoe @Xeraser Chromebooks are a version of Gentoo/Linux, except designed to only be able to run a proprietary browser, so therefore are without freedom, I'll need to look into it to determine if it's Gentoo GNU/Linux, or Gentoo BusyBox/Linux or something else.

Surprisingly, Chromebooks use coreboot and run a free software EC, but of course google couldn't help but to carefully slip proprietary software into parts to make it infeasible to use most models in freedom.
