cabinda produces 1.15 million barrels of oil per day, lots of arable land, terrain is similar to southwestern united states (4 types attached), minimal air capabilities and a shit army (though somewhat large -- 107k troops in army but only 1k navy and 6k air force with at most 25 fighter jets)
