interesting (actually really predictable) how the anti-trans discourse is purely an appeal to emotion and disgust, and a third party one at that. "they're mutilating our children" and so on, fixating usually on one specific aspect, and also never actually thinking about what the people concerned think. it's the same strategy that was used against black people, then against gay people, now being used against trans people
