If it is for weight loss, like it was for me (I had 130 lbs or so to lose), the gym is best and you also gain flexibility and you replace the flab with muscle mass.
If it’s to gain a feeling of wellness in your body and flexibility, dance and yoga could do the trick.
Hiking is a little bit of everything with the added bonus of getting out of the city or at least going for a trip to parks, nature, lakes, rivers, breathing fresh air, etc.
