@tangleofsnakes What really helps is if you can afford a personal trainer that you see once a week. It’s like going to school and having a teacher, you are motivated in bringing in your homework. And the trainer will change your routine regularly, so it doesn’t become boring. At least, it worked for me, when I joined a gym and got a package deal for 16 sessions with a trainer who was pretty good. Besides, trainers encourage you and push you so you get better and better. You just have to be clear with your goal(s).
