    @HebrideanHecate I don't know. I think the rampant addiction and overdose rates are symptoms of a collapsing society. Criminalization doesn't seem to discourage use, but promoting safe sites and handing out narcan kits doesn't seem to, either.

    The only solution seems to be 'fix society'. How to do that? I haven't a clue where to begin.
