Ever Beedle@leftout @Piss_Ant The higher admission rates for the same test scores among Hispanics, and especially among blacks, weren’t because of legacy admissions. They were because Harvard, like many other colleges, discriminate on the basis of race. They fought for the right in court to continue to do this, that’s what the case was about, and you are conflating two separate issues here.
