I've yet to see a political figure without enough real & direct things they'd done or said that were wrong to at least seem warranted to want them barred from trust &/or elected office -- including relatively good ones like the late Mike Gravel -- so I really don't have any like of seeing the nonsensical "if this candidate did an interview with someone who by my standards has bigoted opinions & gives them a courtesy verbal thanks at the end it, then the candidate is that type of bigot" argument set.
