After having watched メイドラゴン (both seasons 1 and 2) as torrents, I decided to read the manga versions.
Went through the first 2 volumes, which story-wise is equal to the entire season 1 of the anime.

Some things I noticed is, in the anime they decided to move to another apartment after Kanna got introduced because it was getting too small for the 3 of them.
In the manga however, they just stayed at the same building, they never moved.

In the anime, Kanna would play with Saikawa a lot, but in the manga this didn't happen so far (based on the first 2 volumes), and Saikawa was only shown for a few pages bullying Kanna.

In the anime, Tooru's father came, took her back to their own world, Tooru disappeared for months, and it all ended in a fight between the 2.
In the manga, her father came and all that, but never got Tooru to go back to their own world, instead her father simply disappeared.

Also, Elma never appeared throughout the first 2 volumes, but she did appear in the 1st season, which I think is quite odd.

So I can actually see that there are quite some big changes between the 2 consoomer media of the same series.
