all i know abt taiwan is that after china became the world's bitch, they took the authoritarian brainworm and the kmt were the fashy side. then after some alliance shenanigans the commies were slightly more prepared and more convincing and so they kicked the kmt into the island. and then recently the commied arent commies anymore and suddenly started prospering like crazy, after missing out on asian prosperity money glitches that other countries had (taiwan included)
