いま起きてるTwitterの不具合、簡単にいうと、TwitterのAPIが超高額になってしまったので、APIを使ってた人たちが、みんなスクレイピングという旧来のデータ収集方法に回帰してしまったので、慌ててWeb版用のAPIに制限かけたら、普通に使っている人たちにも制限かかっちゃったというオチ
