   いま起きてるTwitterの不具合、簡単にいうと、TwitterのAPIが超高額になってしまったので、APIを使ってた人たちが、みんなスクレイピングという旧来のデータ収集方法に回帰してしまったので、慌ててWeb版用のAPIに制限かけたら、普通に使っている人たちにも制限かかっちゃったというオチ

   端的には、1日に600ツィート閲覧までに(一時的には)制限されたということです。どう読むかにも依る様子ですが。
   遠因は、Twitter社の自業自得の悪循環による仕様変更ですね。
