tyil@dwarf@borg.social It really depends on the bikeshop you're with. I generally look for one that values customer service above time or money. These generally are a bit more expensive or take more time doing regular maintenance, but they also just do a better job and are more honest about what is actually needed to keep your bike in top shape.
