@roboneko I wrote a World of Darkness game set a few decades from now where the United States fell and an American diaspora formed. There were "ethnic Americans," these sort of olive skin toned people who had a proclivity for being anti-police lolberts. He wrote mechanics for ethnic Americans to be able to manufacture small arms better than other people when they improvise it, for ethnic Americans to be able to smuggle goods past customs etc, and for ethnic Americans to sometimes have the Wanted Condition. If you had this condition, whenever law enforcement enters the scene, each officer rolls Perception to see if they notice you in the crowd. If they do, take a Beat (experience point) and roll initiative as they try to apprehend you.

If you're asking, yes, I think this might become reality for my kids or grandkids and it's not in my control.
