@davidgerard @nazgul @lrhodes it does appear that users or posts can be removed from a server.

The thing that boggles me about this proposal is that they've said they're going to offload moderation onto [some other guy] without specifying how someone would create such a service or why they'd even be motivated to.

Like, literally, it's all liability with no benefit.
