Why so insulting?

I was not aware gas is an easy resource to access and hard to restrict and I am glad I learned something new.

Wood, food, concrete, water, those are materials the average joe (in this case, I) would be aware are easy to access and near unrestrictable as they can be made by independent persons.

I do not have personal experience with gas. Thank you for the information. There is no reason to be insulting about it but I thank you regardless.
