Wedding ceremonies vary from culture to culture and belief system to belief system. Given that Earth has colonized the universe with that uncanny ability to destroy native customs, a lot of wedding celebrations resemble the ones we know with slight deviations.
For season 1 funeral rites were much more important than weddings, therefore there is only one mention of a wedding ceremony and we know that Galahad still wears his wedding ring.
