@BetsyBeeee @Radical_EgoCom many workplaces have better, whether achieved by unions through collective bargaining, or by workplaces competing for workers by trying to have better benefits than their competitors.

I know it's uncommon in the UK these days, but a woman can give birth twice in a 12 month period, does the law ensure their 12 month starts over after the second or what?
