@anarchautist @SplatterDaddy Yep that's what my general takeaway from this conversation is; I imagine they're so frustrated with rightoid rhetoric that they lashed out at something vaguely resembling it without factoring in the scope, stakes, and intent of the conversation.

I am fully familiar with this feeling because I have jumped the gun on calling people vatniks on occasion, after one too many encounters with vatniks.
