@rticks @MnemosyneSinger I completely agree with you, I have had these exact thoughts, but why do you go to Jan 6 as your breaking point? Both you and I are clever enough to know that they were fascist monsters forever ago.

The reason you said Jan 6 is because it's a sufficiently convincing argument to people who don't think like you do. You understand rhetoric.

So why is it so hard to understand that a message should work on its desired recipient? The alternative is it's just sniffing our own farts, if you ask me.
