Unpaid work is slavery.
Internships are slavery.
House spouses are slaves.
Prison labor is slavery.
And a whole lot of jobs that pay near, or below, minimum wage are de facto slavery.
And the rest of is? Well, if we aren't bosses and owners of the means of productio, then we're wage slaves, tied to our jobs so that we don't starve, or get thrown to the streets.
As long a we live in a society that uses money, everyone who works should be paid a living wage.
