@Moon @icedquinn @colinsmatt11 i think it's a whole wrong way of thinking that lead to all of this.

1. the economy gets big
2. governments should have a monopoly on regulation
3. agents of the government can set rules
4. those agents have no idea what to do because they are professional politicians
5. bring in people from the economy to tell them what to do

it doesn't make any sense if you don't believe in the schoolhouse rock version of politics.
