here's what did change, and it wasn't because of poast, not directly: we had a user that was riding the line (and I found, sometimes crossing) defending irl adult-child shit. we didn't have a rule about this before because it was never an issue with our culture for YEARS. I had to ban two people for it, and added a new rule that you can't promote that shit here. periodically we defederate servers that have that shit on them.
