- Embed this notice@khan I had a lot of small changes I think. think there are general things you can do. Find things you like doing that aren't necessarily involved in whatever you spend a lot of time doing now or that aren't necessarily feeding your dopamine the same way. Spending time on things maybe that take time but aren't necessarily boring to the point you can't do them. Try to branch out I guess. Maybe also find something you don't like doing but that you can do repeatedly. Like a chore. That way you'll be more used to doing things that don't give a lot of dopamine. If you spend a lot of time on the internet try to change your relationship with it because it's possible that you're feeding your own problems. That one's hard though of course.
