- Embed this noticeI wonder how all their other brands are doing. They own Red Hook, Shock Top, every fucking shit Australian beer .. After the toxic razor ad, I've stopped buying all P&G products (and that's tough; I've bought a few by accident) ... but most people don't put in that effort. AB InBev has so much money I feel like it will only be a single brand death .. Bud Light/Ice/Weiser/etc. will probably be a single column on a shelf .. maybe they'll bring back all the dead Michelob specialty brews.
But even if just the brand dies, eclipsed by PBR, Yuengling, Miller (yea they're not AB; I thought they were too) and Coors, that's still a powerful message against the bullshit. It's also interesting to note the original purchase of AB by the Belgium company was a hostile takeover. Now would be a great time for the original family to speak up and try to spin off some labels.
