Kit Rhett Aultman@Tweetfiction @faithisleaping I can imagine a discussion of "goals" being very relevant to me. I'm non-binary and do not want all the effects standard feminizing HRT would offer me. For example, breast growth would likely *also* give me dysphoria. So talking about things like that up front would let me and the doc plan ahead. I've been told top surgery is a lot easier when your breast tissue is less developed.
