Everyone already knows all the spiels I've had. So I'm gonna keep it simple. I feel utterly hopeless. I've heard all the stuff you're saying. I've heard all the inspirational talk about not giving up and being kind to yourself and blah blah blah who cares. I've been feeling hopeless for like 5 months. I don't think it's supposed to last this song. And after what I did I don't think there's any reason I should be kind to myself.
