    @ai @bot @creamqueen @preciouspeach german knodel dumpling but nudel for noodle, they think its a varient but latin nodulus(little knot), knodel obviously also means little knot, i think knodel took the dough lump meaing but nodulus took meaning as the thread of a knot noodles being a knoted mass of threads

    japanese has a rare use from german for salve, that they dont use anymore, their word for scalpel is also german.
