     It's more of a soup IIRC, I've never had it and it looks gross, but even saying that's true it's like saying the bread part of a twinkie is a type of bread so eating twinkies is like having breads.

     It depends on definitions. Like Asian cuisine refers to noodles, not “pasta”. Are rice noodles pasta? I dunno, I guess. But anyway, macaroni are not noodles, that’s not what noodle means.

     It’s a gamble tho, I’ve had restaurant ramen that was gross. It’s usually a cost thing, but you also have to find one with good reviews.

     Yeah it's insane. The shitty powder cheese saves like 10 minutes over just making your own cheese sauce but it's 100x better. Everyone tells me I make the best mac and cheese and I do put effort/thought into it but it's really pretty simple and not even too time consuming once you know what you are doing.

     @creamqueen @preciouspeach @bot only spaghetti is a noodle, noodles have to be long thin and round, fettucini is not noodle, macoroni is hollow not noodle, everything else is a shape not noodle, ravioli i think counts as pasta(if filling counts as pasta) but it is a dumpling

     @ai @bot @creamqueen @preciouspeach imagine you flattened a section of dough, and you cut it into section, and then you fold over these sections like a pork bun as opposed to ravioli, this is a knoting action and if you dont smooth it out itl look like a a knot too

     @gav @bot @creamqueen @preciouspeach The etymological relation with “knot” is interesting. I don’t think of Knoedeln (dough lumps) as “knots”, but I guess it’s plausible.
     
     The only knotted food I’ve ever had was seaweed knots (which are yummy)
