I have been expressing my concern for degree requirements on all jobs for a LONG time. It no longer holds value if you require it for everyone. The primary hard sciences such as engineering, chemistry etc.. I get it. But the rest is not needed.

To make matters worse we reduce the quality of the applicants in the name of diversity and now the degree means less to me than it did even 5 years ago. Fuck them all get to cleaning toilets.
