- Embed this notice@augustus I think it captured some genuine sentiments in the traditionalist Catholic world today without getting bogged down in the dry details, there are allusions to the issue of the new vs old mass, for example.
It was also pornographic and morally relativistic, which I didn’t approve of. It mixes rigidness, which can be good, with a god complex, bad, and tries to present sainthood as the grey middle ground. It isn’t, that’s not what a saint is.
I think it could be edited down into a decent movie but overall I found the morals perverted.
