@indyradio @Houl @foxxo ok, hear me out... There are two things:
There is a bug in the frontend, in certain situations it prevents media from loading, press ctrl + F5 to do a hard reload, that should fix things
The second thing is if you change your picture while the media server is down, it will save in a inproper state and it could get removed
