@machias Before I retired last year half of my Company was in Central time zone and the other half was Eastern.
For over 17 years I got in the habit of always including the time-zone when discussing the meeting time for anything with anybody.
Heading over to Birmingham for a meeting? What time? 9am Central/ 10am Eastern.
Meeting up for lunch while in Birmingham? 12:30C/ 13:30E.
What time are you leaving Birmingham to head back to Atlanta? 14:30C/ 15:30E.
And we all used 24-hour time because yes sometimes we’d have meetings at 21:30 at night if there was a major security incident or breach, etc.
