Rob Miller@Mastodon I totally get this and the good intentions behind it. But this so nerdy and intimidating to non-techy folks. The vast majority of people don't have their own website and don't understand what a rel attribute is. When people say they find Mastodon difficult and unwelcoming, this kind of thing is why.
